New Art! The magic is happening! I am working on a charcoal of a gorgeous white, arabian. Hoping to finish by mid October for the annual contest held by Art Horse magazine!
Also... I have entered a rare show, an Equine Art Show in Georgia the first weekend in October. It is going to be held at a popular Polo Club and is a first, so it should be interesting... we will see. I just got business cards done and they are absolutely great! The lady who designed them is a genious! Just in time for the Art show... more exposure, which never, never hurts. And last but not least, I placed 2nd in a National contest, the work will be published in January 2010!
The truth is that all of this is the result of prayers and hard work, focus and determination, my love affair with the beauty of the horse and my need to show this beauty through my work. God has been very good to me! And so have several of you!
The message is really about following your dream, loving the work you do and doing it because you love it. Success will find you for all of the right reasons! Never, never, give up... !
